Parc-An-Colan Allotments Privacy Notice
Park-An-Colan Allotments Association (PACAA) collect information in the course of members joining the Allotments. The accuracy of the data is dependent on the information supplied by the member when joining or renewing membership. This includes the following:
Name
Postal address
Phone number and email address
Association site details
PACAA does not disclose private data to any third parties, unless specifically appointed by the Committee under a contract to fulfil the requirements
of the membership package or a specific initiative the individual has signed up to.
This will enable the Committee to supply the benefits of membership, or to contact you directly, with membership information, using the contact details
provided to us on joining or renewing your allotment membership. We may at times contact you directly concerning developments, news and events within
the allotments. This contact will always come from the allotment email address only.
Your information is kept electronically on our secure data base and will be kept in this format as long as you are a member of the allotments.
All personal information will be deleted within 30 days of a member leaving the Allotments, this timeframe allows us to correspond
with you to resolve any end of tenancy disputes.
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted.
If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact the PACAA Committee on allotments@parcancolan.co.uk and we will
investigate the matter.

If you are not a PACAA member and have received an e-mail or other contact from us and you would like to ensure that you do not receive
any further communications, please contact us with your name and the email address we have on file for you and we will remove you from our mailing lists.
